Viva’s fire-retardant ACP sheets, as the name suggests, can slow or stop the spread of fire or reduce its intensity. This is commonly accomplished by chemical reactions that reduce the flammability of fuels or delay their combustion. FR Class A2+
Viva is the first ACP company in India to introduce FR grade Aluminium Corrugated Composite Panel (ACCP). A solid aluminium sheet is used as a core that is compressed and bonded between two aluminiumcoil. ACCP is quite popular in the cladding industry as it is easy to clean, easy to maintain, non-toxic, does not release any toxic gases, and adheres to sophisticated environmental protection requirements. The tensile strength, compressive strength, 180-degree peeling strength is higher than that of honeycomb panel. VIVA’s fire retardant ACPs are offered in three grades – Class B, Class A2+, and Class A2. The FR class B comprises 70% Mineral & 30 % Polyethylene recycled Core, whereas the FR class A2 includes 90% Mineral & 10 % Polyethylene recycled Core.
